Can you give me a quote over the phone?
In order to ensure an accurate quotation is given we always request to visit the area in question. This also allows us to meet you and answer any initial queries you may have.
Which months of the year do you work?
All months, we work from January through to December, although grass-cutting season runs from around March to October.
What areas do you cover?
Whilst the majority of our work takes place in the Medway towns, Maidstone and Gravesend we do carry out jobs throughout most of Kent.
How can payment be settled?
Payment may be settled by bank transfer, cash or cheque. For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit payment prior to commencing work.
Do you dispose of waste?
Yes, removal of waste is factored in when costing work.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
You may be liable to pay a cancellation fee where an appointment is cancelled with little notice (less than 48 hours). Charges may also be applied where we are prevented from undertaking agreed work owing to a factor in your control e.g unable to access the garden.
